Effective Jan 1, 2025 - Restocking charge

At StyleFinder, we strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience, but we also want to remain transparent about our return policy. Our 5% restocking fee helps offset the unavoidable costs associated with processing returns. Each order incurs a 3% credit card processing fee and a 3% commission fee, which are charged to us whether you keep your items or not. These fees, combined with the operational costs of handling returns, make it challenging for small businesses like ours to remain viable. By sharing this responsibility, we can continue to provide you with curated styles, personalized service, and the high-quality experience you deserve.

We do not collect a restocking fee for Store Credit.

All returns must use the return portal. Click here for our Return Portal. Returns are processed on the FRIDAY after they are delivered to the warehouse. 


Please return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.


The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We would love to cover more shipping fees, but credit card companies charge us a 3% fee for processing credit cards, including returns. I know it is a racket. Final sale and special orders items are not eligible for refund/return. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return after receiving the item. Usually, the banks process the refund in a few days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. It has no makeup stains, deodorant stains, animal hair stains, or the smell of smoke. The item must not be a final sale. The items have been returned within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. You will be eligible for a return if the item meets these conditions.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

Things happen, and not everything comes out the way we want. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at admin@shopstylefinder.com within two business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will work to make things right.

FINAL SALE (no exceptions)

All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final. These are either marked FINAL SALE  or the price ends in 99 cents. This includes shapewear, leggings, shaper shorts, jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, bathing suits, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eyewear. This is for hygienic purposes.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and can only be used while valid. Codes can’t be added or applied after the order has been placed.

ALTERING AN ORDER

Mistakes happen, and we will work to help get it right. If you need to change an order, email us within 3 hours of placing the order. We ship fast; therefore, the window to make changes is small. Provide detailed information, such as the order #, item name or #, and the issue. We’ll make the best effort to assist.  Contact us at admin@shopstylefinder.com.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be altered or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that must be returned (including an entire order).
