We have tried to answer the most common questions.

Shipping

What are your shipping options and costs?

Whether you're a planner or a last-minute diva, we’ve got you covered! We offer flat rate shipping at $8.95, or shipping is FREE when you order is $99 or more.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $99 ship for free, because we believe in rewarding your excellent taste. Otherwise a flat rate of $8.95 applies.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process orders in 1-3 business days (we’re fast, but not quite teleportation-level yet). After that, shipping times depend on your location, but you’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way! Also, we can do a lot of magic when it comes to style, but we can't control USPS.

Once the package leaves our white gloved hands, we know as much as you do about the location of your package (hint - its the tracking number). If you feel like a band of porch pirates may sail through you neighborhood, delivery insurance may be an option. USPS limits their responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email with all the deets. You can also check your account—because stalking your package is totally normal. Also, we can do a lot of magic when it comes to style, but we can't control USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we’re keeping it stateside with U.S. shipping and to Canada, our good friends to the North ($35) —but stay tuned, world domination (or at least international shipping) is on our radar!

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is as easy as slipping into your favorite pair of comfy jeans! Just browse, pick your must-haves, click “Add to Cart,” and check out. Your fabulous new wardrobe is just a few clicks away!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, it starts moving faster than a fashionista at a sample sale. That means modifications aren’t possible because—Elvis, we mean, the package—has already left the building! Please contact us at support@shopstylefinder.com.

Do you offer personal styling advice?

We offer a limited number of style session each month. To inquire, email support@shopstylefinder.com.

What size should I order?

Not sure if you're a Sassy Small, Marvelous Medium, or Fabulous Large? No worries! Size guides are included on most product pages. We are here to save the day. Need extra help? Our stylists are just a message away on our Facebook group - Style Made Simple or on our LIVE shows.

Can I save items to purchase later?

Absolutely! Just create an account and use the Wishlist feature. It’s like a vision board for your dream wardrobe—minus the glue and magazine clippings.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Not in love with your order? No worries! You have 14 days from delivery to send it back (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). See the full details here.

What is your return policy?

Returning is easy—just visit our Returns Page and follow the steps. No carrier pigeons or smoke signals required!

Are sale items eligible for returns?

Final sale means final—so no take-backs! If you’re unsure about a sale item, ask us before purchasing. Final sale items that don't work out make great emergency gifts - just saying.

How long does it take to process a return?

As soon as we receive your return, give us 5-7 business days to work our magic. Your refund will then be on its way back to you, like a stylish little boomerang.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Oops, we’re so sorry! If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it faster than you can say “fashion emergency.” Send a pic to support@shopstylefinder.com, and we’ll make it right!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal, Apple Pay—because shopping should be fun AND flexible!

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Sorry, our checkout system is a one-payment-method kinda gal.

Do you offer gift cards?

Of course! A StyleFinder Gift Card is basically a golden ticket to fabulous fashion.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code per order—but we promise it’s worth it!

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout, hit “Apply,” and watch that total shrink like your laundry on high heat (but in a good way).

How do I know if an item will fit me?

Our Size Guide has all the details, but if you're still unsure, our stylists are here to help—because nobody has time for return drama.

Do you offer petite, plus-size, or tall sizing?

We do our best to offer a range of sizes, but availability varies. Keep an eye on our new arrivals for fresh finds in your perfect fit!

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes! If you love something, click “Notify Me When Available,” and we’ll keep you in the loop.

How do I care for my clothing?

The general rule - cold wash, gentle cycle, air dry—because we believe in keeping your wardrobe (and your electricity bill) in check.

How can I contact customer service?

What are your customer service hours?

We’re here Monday–Friday: 10 AM - 4 PM EST. If it’s after hours or on the weekend we’ll get back to you ASAP. Sending 14 emails in 24 hours won't make us respond faster.

Do you have a live chat for support?

Yep! On our LIVE shows you can chat with us. We have such an amazing curious community, that if we had a live chat option, we'd not getting work done talking about style all day. We are totally fine with it but our boss - not so much.

Can I get personalized styling help?

100%! Well sorta- during our LIVE shows you ask away or on the Facebook group. There are 1 on 1 personal style sessions we offer on a select basis. Email admin@shopstylefidner.com if you want to get your style on.

In your account profile you will find the password reset link. Click here

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

Depending on your email service, some emails may go to a special folder or spam.

How do I unsubscribe from emails or notifications?

We hate to see you go, but we understand. At the bottom of a StyleFinder email you'll see the unsubscribe link.
